What can I say, I love Final Fantasy VIII.

I spent a good deal of time trying to figure out why Squall's face didn't look quite right, but I think that was just because he barely ever smiles xD

Anyway, hope you like this as much as I do ;)

Done in Painter 9, edited in Photoshop CS.

I think I agree, as everything else on him looks pretty much how I remember. He was always scowling or had no expression, except maybe when he got Rinoa free from the Sorceress Memorial launch thingy.

I'd have to say that even with everyone obsessed with Tifa and VII girls, I think Rinoa was definitely the most lifelike girl in the games I've played. That FVM at the dance makes her such the flirt!

Very well drawn, as always!

Hmm, this is really well done! I do agree that someone seems off about his face, but you're probably right in saying that it's probably because he never smiles. :) Anyway, fantastic job!
